1) What services and products do you offer?
RR Solutions Tax and Business Services LLC provides professional tax and business support, along with done-for-you digital services. Offerings may include (but are not limited to): tax preparation and tax-related support, business formation and business services, credit-related services, notary services (where applicable), and done-for-you custom digital products such as flyers, logos, cover art, resumes, forms, and other branded materials. 2) How do I place an order or book a service?
You can place an order through our website (or by invoice/payment link if provided). After checkout, you’ll receive instructions for submitting your details and required documents. Orders are not considered “in progress” until payment is received and all required information is submitted.
3) What information do you need from me to begin?
That depends on what you purchased. Common requirements include:

Turnaround times vary by service and start after we receive payment and all required information/documents.

5) Do you offer rush/expedited service?
Yes, when available. Rush service fees may apply and are based on the type of service and deadline. Rush orders are only accepted if we confirm availability first.
6) How do revisions work?
Revisions depend on the service purchased and what’s included in your package.

Revisions cover reasonable edits based on the original request (example: wording changes, color tweaks, minor layout updates).

Major changes (example: new concept, new theme, additional deliverables, starting over from scratch) may require an additional fee.
To keep everything smooth, please submit revision requests in one clear message, ideally as a single list.
7) Can I cancel my order?
Because many of our services are custom and time-based, cancellations may be limited:

8) Do you offer refunds?
RR Solutions Tax and Business Services LLC maintains a strict but fair refund policy due to the time, customization, and labor involved in our work.
Refunds are generally not provided for:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method (processing timelines vary by provider).
9) What if I don’t like my final product?
We stand on quality and professionalism. If something isn’t right, we’ll work within your revision policy to correct it. However, personal preference alone does not qualify for a refund once services have been started or delivered.
10) Are deposits refundable?
Deposits (if applicable) are typically non-refundable because they reserve your spot and cover administrative time and preparation.
11) What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout or on your invoice. All payments must clear before work begins.
Communication, Proofing, and Delivery
12) How will I receive my final deliverables?
Deliverables are typically sent via email or a download link (depending on the product/service). Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you don’t see your delivery, check spam/junk folders first.
13) Do you offer phone calls?
Some services include calls; others do not. If your package includes a call or consultation, you’ll receive scheduling instructions. Unscheduled calls are not guaranteed due to client volume.
14) What are your business hours?
Business hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm.
15) What if I’m late submitting my information?
If your documents or details are submitted late, your project may be delayed and may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Rush service cannot be guaranteed if your delay impacts production time.
Taxes & Compliance
16) Do you guarantee refunds or tax outcomes?
No. Tax refund amounts and outcomes depend on IRS/state rules and the accuracy of the information provided. We prepare returns based on documentation and details provided by the client and within applicable guidelines.
17) What if the IRS or state requests additional information?
If you receive a letter or notice, contact us as soon as possible and provide a copy. Additional assistance may be available depending on your service package. Some responses and audit support may require additional fees.
18) Do you verify documents?
We review information provided by the client to complete services, but clients are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful information. If we identify inconsistencies, we may request clarification before continuing.
Ownership, Copyright & Usage (Done-For-You Digital Products)
19) Who owns the final design files?
Once full payment is complete, clients receive rights to use the final approved deliverables for their intended business/personal use. RR Solutions retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio/social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to delivery (a confidentiality fee may apply).
20) Do you provide editable/source files?
Editable/source files (where applicable) are included only if your package states so, or they can be purchased as an add-on. Otherwise, final exports are delivered in standard formats suitable for use.
21) Can you use my logo/photos/content?
Yes—only for the purpose of completing your order. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any images, logos, names, or content you provide.
Policies that Protect Everyone
22) Do you refuse service?
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for harassment, abusive communication, repeated chargebacks, or requests that violate laws, platform rules, or professional/ethical standards. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered only for work not yet performed.
23) What happens if I do a chargeback?
Chargebacks are taken seriously. If a chargeback is filed, work will pause immediately and access to deliverables/support may be revoked until the matter is resolved. Clients are encouraged to contact us first so we can address concerns.
24) How is my information protected?
We respect privacy and handle client information with care. Sensitive personal and tax information should only be submitted through the secure method provided. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials and email access.
All sales are final on ALL services. Work begins after payment and required info is received. Turnaround times are will be discussed at the time of purchase and may vary. Revisions are limited to the purchased package. Refunds are only considered for duplicate payments or non-delivery due to an internal issue.
